U.S. Mortgage Averages As of 10/31/2024

We have seen, again for the fifth consecutive week, mortgage rates continue the trend of rising interest rates. We should expect interest rates to remain volatile. Buyers still, in my unbiased opinion, have a very hidden upper hand in the market.
